The main task of the consultant is to understand the problem and to conduct a thorough hypothesis-driven fact based analysis before designing a solution. This is only possible in close cooperation with the client who is ultimately responsible for the decision.
Interim Management
Assignments on an interim basis are frequently based on a temporary need. This temporary need can be explained by the urgency to realize an important change with high impact in the organization or by the unexpected leave of a senior manager. The interim manager is very capably of fulfilling these roles.
Project Management
Multi-disciplinary project (sometimes with an international component) requires skills and experience. The use of the right set of tools at the right moment can really make the difference. It is not only important to implement the solution, but more importantly it is important to return to a business-as-usual situation after the implementation.
